As caregivers, veterinary professionals pour so much of themselves into the animals and families they serve, often carrying the emotional burden that comes with the job. In a profession built on compassion, it’s easy to forget to extend that same care to ourselves. That’s why we came together—virtually but powerfully—to pause, reflect, and refuel. Investing in our teams' well-being isn’t just something we talk about; it’s something we act on. At Pieper, Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, Mass-RI Veterinary ER, and Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care, we are committed to fostering balance, resilience, and a culture of support.
