Meyer Najem had the largest team come out for the Fishers Habitat for Humanity Panel Build, and we couldn’t have asked for better fall weather! As a general contractor, it was great to step outside of our usual projects and pound some nails with the other teams and organizers to support affordable homeownership. Huge thanks to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. #MeyerNajem #HabitatforHumanity #FishersIN #Support #BuildingStrengthInCommunity
About us
At Meyer Najem, we understand that a successful construction project takes a collection of people and processes and we have a passion for conducting it all to perfection: from the feasibility study to post-construction, for the single storefront to the multi-site corporation. We focus on a strong foundation, crafting buildings that meet the highest industry standards of sustainability, safety and technology. We approach each project with the utmost care and due diligence from start to finish. And we know that teamwork, proactive management and continuous communication are instrumental in a successful construction project. We’ve been strengthening communities throughout the Midwest since 1987. And we focus on all aspects of a community - healthcare, senior living, commercial, religious, government and institutional facilities.

Formerly the Westfield Public Library, this renovation and expansion will include a dedicated culinary kitchen space for the Westfield Foodies, become the new home of Shamrock Connections (a young adult program for individuals with diverse learning needs), and provide the community with a great new venue for events, parties, conferences, and meetings. When completed next fall, Shamrock Station will feature: - A 200-seat event space - Full commercial kitchen - Westfield Apparel Shop - Rocks Media House content studio for the district’s in-house content creation team We couldn't ask for better partners in Westfield Washington Schools and krM Architecture. Work begins next week, so stay tuned! #MeyerNajem #ShamrockStation #WestfieldWashingtonSchools #Indiana #Groundbreaking #BuildingStrengthInCommunity

Meyer Najem had a great time at ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida, Inc. 2024 Clay Shoot! Record turn out! Thank you John McGinness for rounding out our team. We appreciate all the support from local companies. The ACE Mentor Program truly makes an impact in our community. Events like this not only bring awareness to the program but provide the scholarships to the students. We need more mentors. Contact me if you are interested.

Our hearts are with all those affected by Hurricane Helene. We're grateful that our team members and job sites in the South are safe and relatively unaffected, but we know that many communities have not been as fortunate. Meyer Najem is keeping those impacted by the storm in our thoughts and stands in solidarity with them. #MeyerNajemSoutheast #HurricaneHelene #MeyerNajem #CommunitySupport

Last week, Meyer Najem had the privilege of hosting a Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch to celebrate the incredible progress on the new Morgan County Judicial Campus in Martinsville. We're proud to mark one year on this exciting project! With bricks being laid for the new three-story addition to the existing town hall, the future campus will include: six courtrooms, atrium-style connecting hallway, new voting offices, support staff offices, and more. To date, the team has installed 600 foundational piers, poured 2700 yards of foundation concrete, and used 1.25 million pounds of structural steel. Huge thanks to our partners for their continued support: GM Development, DLZ Corporation, and the incredible subcontractors: Design & Build Electrical Contractors, Purdy Masonry, Berline Construction, inc., Shambaugh & Son, L.P., HVIC, and Vulcan Fire Protection. #MeyerNajem #MorganCountyJudicialCampus #Indiana #AppreciationLunch #Construction #BuildingStrengthInCommunity
