Our Training team hosted the first MG University session of the season, gathering together in Reno! These MGU sessions offer a refresher on best practices and tricks of the trade, ensuring everyone is up-to-date on the latest and greatest MG has to offer.

The team at Reflections at the Marina participated in a program called Cards of Hope by Braid Mission. This organization relies on volunteers to create custom greeting cards that will be sent to foster youth at different celebratory milestones, like birthdays and graduations. Many of these foster youth have a limited external support system in place, and these cards are a reminder that there's others thinking of them and rooting for them as they celebrate these various occasions. Cards of Hope offers a simple way to give back that has a large impact! #MGGivesBack

Team members from Andante Apartments and Sonoran Apartment in Arizona took place in a team-building event at The Game Show Battle Room. This unique experience offered the ability to battle it out with coworkers in trivia gauntlets, pricing games, and more!

Meet Bert Ortiz, the newest addition to our Regional Manager operational team! He has built an extensive career with over 25 years of experience in multi-family and portfolio management, and is now the Regional Manager for part of our San Diego portfolio. Team Michelle appreciated our MG Team members and families with an Annual Picnic and CASA Fundraising event.  Over 100 attendees enjoyed a beautiful park in Carlsbad, CA to relax, eat, and compete in picnic games - including a watermelon eating contest!  Additionally, the group raised close to $2,000 for CASA.  Team North County San Diego and Temecula area , YOU ROCK ! #MGGivesBack
