My new friends from Denver Startup Week, Robert, and Vincent, hosted the Denver AI Thought Leaders Forum this week. It was a privilege to be around brilliant people and have this learning opportunity! So many takeaways - My ears pricked particularly learning how recruiting & HR are among the riskiest areas. This wasn’t a shocker but rather enlightening to hone in on what to pay attention to and put these key tid-bits in my back pocket to share with hiring companies and clients, so everyone is set up to avoid AI risk. Even if you're not using AI, you should plan to be affected regardless. For example, your vendors will likely use it, which could impact you legally if there are no legal checks.
