During my recent visit to MGM National Harbor, I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole Berry, a Food Server at Osteria Costa. Nicole has been employed at National Harbor for more than seven years in various roles, and wherever she goes, her commitment to excellence remains constant. Her ability to consistently deliver exceptional service reflects her passion for hospitality, which is at the core of everything we do. Nicole’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. Colleagues and guests alike regularly share glowing feedback, including a recent note from a meeting planner who praised Nicole's service during a 75th birthday celebration.
