Inclusivity is a cause that remains near and dear to our entire team's heart. During our September gathering, our entire company was honored to participate in our second kickball tournament with Miracle League of Arizona, an organization that plays a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and joy through the sport of baseball for individuals with disabilities or special health care needs. It was a delight for our team to present them with a $15,000 donation to support their ongoing efforts in leveling the playing field for everyone to enjoy the sport of baseball. What a week it’s been in Phoenix! Following our in-person employee Celebration, we were thrilled to host our inaugural Mi-Case User Group Conference. This conference has been a long-held dream, and we’re thankful to the 13 partners from 8 States and localities who took time from their busy schedules to engage with our team. As our President, Dean Allen said best "The theme of this event is to listen, because we can only get better when we hear directly from the users of our software." Not only did we listen, but we also had time to review the product roadmap, explore new features and the exciting frontier of AI, and connect on shared pain points to spark new ideas for further enhancements to our product. As a team, we agreed to have a mid-year briefing in addition to the annual user group meeting making this a regular part of our product evolution going forward. When you ask many of our longstanding employees why they have been at Mi-Case so long, the most common response is "The people." It is the hardworking, dedicated team members that go above and beyond to deliver for their colleagues and clients that have brought Mi-Case to where we are today. The original spirit of Labor Day--to celebrate the achievements of American workers--is the same spirit behind why we host our upcoming Celebration of People, taking place in September. Today, we take a moment to honor all of our dedicated team members who not only bring our ideas to life through fervent pursuit, but also extend this same pursuit to our clients. We are grateful that this commitment extends to our partner institutions, who are devoted to forging a brighter future alongside us.
