What an incredible day recognizing #Hispanic #Women Distinction, an amazing initiative led by LATINA Style, Inc. and University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. It was exciting to watch two women whose incredible work I admire and have witnessed firsthand, receive this prestigious recognition, the Honorable Claudia Cubillos (the first female Hispanic mayor to become president of Miami Dade County League of Cities) and Angelica Santibanez whose community involvement and engagement are inspirational. Needless to say, EVERY SINGLE woman recognized today is a fountain of exemplary #leadership, #Tenacity, and #generosity in their service to others.
