Strengthening resilience together! Michuda joined the Healthcare Engineers Society of Northern Illinois/Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering FEMA Event at Ivy Tech Community College in Valparaiso, IN. As event sponsors, we were privileged to hear from Region 5 FEMA Administrator, Mr. Tom Sivak, followed by Mr. John Wandolowski, BSE, MBA, CFHM. We explored ways to integrate preparedness into everyday life, focusing on self-preparation, community readiness, youth education, citizen response, and financial resilience. The event also featured a session on leadership enhancement, followed by a lively networking event at Journeyman, hosted by Kleen Air and Ryan Fireprotection. It was an inspiring day of learning and connecting, reinforcing our commitment to community resilience and effective leadership.

As special guests of Farnsworth Group, Inc. at this inspiring event sponsored by UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, we joined 250 members and guests to review midyear developments and economic trends. Radiating hope at the COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF NORTHWEST INDIANA INC Gala! As Sterling Sponsors, Michuda joined forces with the community to support cancer research and survivorship.
