I had a busy week in Singapore spending time with our team and working on our People strategy. Singapore has always been a source of inspiration for me in reimagining the future of work, skilling and reskilling. I am appreciative for our Micron Technology Singapore team and our outside partners for sharing their insights and best practices. We also had the opportunity to visit a local social enterprise organization that is changing lives by providing skills and career paths for low-income youth. At Bettr Coffee Singapore, we learned about the impact they’re making in their community and had the opportunity to perfect our coffee art skills – a perfect blend of teamwork and learning!
