The US team enjoyed a fantastic company grill out in Phenix City last month, hosted by our incredible Product Team. Despite the summer heat, it was a perfect day for some delicious food and great company! The menu was a hit—juicy hamburgers, savory hot dogs, baked beans, fresh slaw, and corn on the cob. And to beat the heat, we indulged in ice cream topped with a variety of fresh fruits. Kudos to everyone who made this event such a success!

Join us in celebrating Maree Carter's incredible 15-year journey with Middleby Outdoor. 🎉 To mark this milestone, we asked Maree a few questions about her time with us Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Middleby Outdoor? A: "I enjoy our monthly cookouts. We work hard but also play hard. The cookouts provide a couple of hours to connect with co-workers that you may not see very often. The social setting also allows you to get to know people on a different level." Q: How has your role evolved since you first started with the company? A: "I was hired as an Accounts Receivable Assistant for Masterbuilt in 2009. I transitioned to import invoicing, then moved into the Supervisor Role for the Accounting Team. After the merger with Kamado Joe, I supervised our import invoicing and our retail support team for a short period of time. As the company has progressed and continued to grow, I now manage all Invoice to Cash processes to include AR collections (Specialty & National Accounts), Domestic & Import invoicing as well as Chargebacks." Q: What do you think sets Middleby Outdoor apart from other companies in the industry? A: "I believe our innovation sets us apart from others in the industry.
