This past week our AVP/Regional Branch Administrator Western OH, Corrine Mitchell, along with Customer Support Agents Tammy Mickels and Melissa Gerber, attended the Ohio Bankers League’s Bank Management School designed to provide a holistic view of running a bank and bank management fundamentals. In today’s dynamic banking environment, gaining a comprehensive understanding of financial management, asset liability management, and cybersecurity is crucial. The program offered them the chance to hone their skills, make tough decisions, and connect with fellow professionals across the state. We're proud to support their growth as they enhance their ability to serve our customers and drive our institution's success! Great work ladies!

On Sunday, September 15th, Middlefield Bank was a sponsor of the 2nd annual fundraiser for the Dublin Food Pantry, Bounty at Bridge Park. Representing Middlefield at the event were, Steve Lebold, Colleen Pirrmann, Anjali Kapoor, Becky Saxton, and Central Ohio Advisory Board Member, Clay Rose. Thank you to all for representing MB at this great community event!

On Friday, MB sponsored the Chad Flower Memorial Golf Tournament at Darby Creek. Kaitlyn Marteney volunteered at the event while Jameson Curry, Kevin Serna, Preston Stapleton, and Brian Moore were on a foursome team. Chad Flowers, City Planner for Marysville, passed away unexpectedly on April 18, 2019, at the age of 40. He was passionate about his role and was an active member of the MBA. Chad was extremely instrumental in the development of many areas of the city including the city’s comprehensive plan and uptown revitalization. This scholarship, designed to help a Marysville student move into a career in business, is dedicated to Chad’s memory and his contribution to the growth of business in the City of Marysville. Thank you for representing MB!

On Friday the 13th, friends and customers met up at our Cortland Middlefield Bank for Customer Appreciation Day-- a day filled with fun, catching up, snacks and refreshments, cornhole, and special prizes! We were thrilled to give back on this special day. Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us!

On Tuesday, Powell Branch's Elena Plazolles-Hayes represented Middlefield Bank at the Delaware County Junior Livestock Fair Auction. While participating in the auction, she successfully bid on our customer Bryanna Dutcher's pen of three broiler chickens. We are very proud to be involved in a long-standing community event!
