Dr. Kheloussi is the recepient of the coveted AMCP National Experiential Preceptor of the Year Award in 2022 and the Wilkes University Outstanding Advisor award in 2020. Furthermore, in 2020, he served as the advisor for an AMCP chapter that won the National Chapter of the Year Award.

Last week, I had the honor to go to Gilead Sciences in Foster City, CA to participate in the Gilead Student Pharmacist Program on behalf of Mid-South AMCP with Shane Enriquez! During the trip, I was able to network with other students, fellows, industry professionals, and pharmacists. We learned about how pharmacists can contribute within the pharmaceutical industry to better patient care through the following areas: Medical Communications Medical Science Liasons Global and US Medical Affairs Market Access Regulatory Affairs Clinical Pharmacology Medical Information Drug Development and Manufacturing Thank you to Gilead Sciences, AMCP, Mid-South AMCP, and everyone else who supported me and encouraged me to apply to the program. A special thanks to the Gilead staff including Katherine Klem, Kris Poppie, Bradley Burmeister, and Karen Ou MBA, MPH for being so welcoming!
