Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce that The Echo Cliffs Project has officially kicked off! Our dedicated crews are already on-site, working tirelessly to install the underground piping and help bring this project to life. #EchoCliffs #Construction

In 2018, the Mesa Public Schools community approved a $300 million bond for capital projects that provided much-needed improvements, $168 million was dedicated to facility renovations and improvements to schools across the district. Mesa is the largest school district in Arizona, and Skyline High School has the largest facility upgrade to newer, more efficient units. For the last 12 weeks Midstate has been completing the entire renovation of the Central Plant, replacing Centrifugal Water Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Pumps, and associated support equipment and piping. Our electrical team also took part in this upgrade that will help remedy air quality issues, improve comfort and health conditions, support better student learning, and provide significant reductions in school energy bills. #MesaPublicSchools #FacilityImprovement #EnergyEfficiency

Last Friday, Midstate Mechanical LLC. had the honor of participating in the “Topping-Out Ceremony” for SRPMIC Journey to Recovery Project with our partners at Au’ Authum Ki / Kitchell, LLC. Midstate Mechanical has had the pleasure of working on projects within the community since 2006 when we performed the HVAC scope on the SRPMIC Detention Facility.
