Congratulations to the First Year Midwest Machinery Leadership Development Class of 2024. The Leadership Development program aims to prepare future leaders to succeed in their first management position. The courses are structured to support the internal processes with a consistent message built around the Midwest Machinery culture and relevant to business issues. Please join us in congratulating Dave "Mustang" Amick as he begins his retirement adventures after 47 years of service at Midwest Machinery. Dave has had several duties throughout his time here including being a technician, an oil truck driver, and he even worked on Polaris equipment when we carried it. Dave started in the old Austin location and moved to Grand Meadow when the stores merged. Dave currently was in charge of loading and unloading incoming and outgoing machinery, lot maintenance, and maintaining the warranty parts. We are going to miss Dave's organization and laid-back personality that always got the job done! Dave plans on spending his retirement with his family and grandchildren, riding his Harley motorcycle, traveling, fishing, and relaxing! Congratulations and thank you, Dave, for your dedication to your customers and the Midwest Machinery family. We hope you enjoy your retirement.
