  • It’s National Mental Health Awareness Week! Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. This week we want to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, giving each other support, and feeling understood. This year theme of Mental Health Awareness week is: “My Mental Health at Work.” Good to Know: ➡️1 in 5 adults experience mental health challenges each year. ➡️Self-care is not selfish, it is necessary! Working out, meditating, reading, or walking in the nature, find out what works for you the best and make it a habit! ➡️Talking and opening up helps. Whether with your friends, family members, or a professional, talk when you feel overwhelmed. ➡️Be aware of the signs. Anxiety, stress, insomnia or mood changes can be a sign that your mental health needs attention. Taking care of your mind is a strength, not a weakness. Let’s use this week to break the stigma and prioritize our mental well-being.

  • Happy World Teachers‘ Day! Today, we honor the incredible teachers worldwide who inspire, educate, and shape the future of millions of students! At MCC, we take this special day to celebrate our amazing educators who dedicate themselves to supporting our students every step of the way on their academic journey. What it’s like to be a teacher at MCC: ➡️Bringing real-world expertise to the classroom, giving students both hands-on practice and theoretical knowledge. ➡️Guiding students in the use of medical equipment and performing procedures like blood collection. ➡️Acting as a nervous patient to help students learn how to communicate effectively in the field. ➡️Creating a calm, welcoming environment where ESL students feel comfortable making mistakes as they learn the language. ➡️Preparing our business students for success in their future careers. A big thank you to our dedicated MCC teachers, and to all the amazing educators across the globe!
