This was a great opportunity for us to come together, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the hard work and commitment of our team. As part of MHFD’s Just-for-the-Health-of-It Program, which emphasizes employee health and wellbeing, we had the pleasure of hosting Jalene Szuba, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Jalene, gave a great lunch-hour presentation on Mastering Your Sleep, where we explored the critical role of sleep in enhancing both physical and mental health. Jalene also shared practical tips for cultivating healthy sleep habits!

Our excellent speakers highlighted the importance of safety in our work, lessons learned in design and construction, water quality updates, and more.
