Since then, our 1,000+ members have influenced business decision-making locally, nationally, and internationally. Michelle Foley is the Business & Workforce Center, Association Director at Jefferson County Housing, Economic and Employment Services. After 20 years of Human Resources, Michelle jumped into the world of Workforce Development leading innovative initiatives for Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin counties to help employers transform how they recruit and develop diverse talent to create a strong and sustainable local economy. She leads a team of innovative employment program leaders and career coaches that connect unemployed and underrepresented populations to the education and training needed to be successful in the in-demand occupations critical for the growth and stability of our Denver Metro Businesses. Michelle utilized her expertise to create the Talent Equity in Action series for Mile High SHRM. The program showcased talent development resources that HR professionals have access to create diverse pipeline and upskill their talent.
