For example, a password keeper, your banking, or even your social media accounts. If you have apps that contain information that is personal or important to you, you may want to consider having multi-factor authentication set up. October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! Throughout the month we’ll be sharing some pointers on how you can stay more secure online, plus some crazy facts about cybersecurity.   Our first crazy fact of the month: Did you know that email is the most common place for bad actors to strike? This is an important reminder to check the links and senders in emails before clicking on anything. If a link doesn’t seem right or the sender’s email address is crazy, report the email as spam. Hovering over a link will typically show the full address and is a great way to make sure the link is what you would expect before clicking it.   #cybersecuritymonth #cybersecurityawareness
