Updates

  • We are happy that none of our staff or attorneys sustained injury or loss of property. Our thoughts are with those that experienced windstorm damage or flood. If you sustained property damage, take photos and video of your damage. Contact your insurance company so that an adjuster can come out. Document your losses both by lists and by photo/video. Read your insurance policy so that you understand what coverages are available to you and what may not be insured under your policy. Beware of contractors and mitigation loss companies that may solicit your business or show up in your neighborhood. Such companies are often from out of state and may not be what they present themselves to be. No third-party contractor or vendor can promise you coverage or payment by your insurance company. Do not advance payment before services are provided to you. Companies and persons often prey upon those suffering a loss - be smart so as to avoid being a victim of fraud.
