Did you know August is #NationalWaterQualityMonth? Water is the number one ingredient for life and in our delicious beverages. That's why we have made water stewardship a critical sustainability pillar in our manufacturing. Here are steps we're taking to protect this natural resource: 🍃 Build Purposeful Partnerships with watershed advocates and fellow corporate partners. And, we're excited to share that we have teamed up with The Water Council to join WAVE: Water Stewardship Verified, to maximize our performance and reporting and prioritize water-related action where it matters most. 🍃 Create a Water Advisory Council to guide our efforts in providing cleaner, healthier water upstream and downstream of our facilities and to advise us on how to more efficiently use water in our facilities. 🍃 Provide education and volunteer opportunities for our TEAm to get involved with clean up efforts and make an impact. #DrinkMilos #MilosMakesADifference

I am very excited to share this opportunity to join the Learning TEAm at Milo's Tea Company, Inc.. The Organizational Development Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the future of learning, talent development, and talent strategy for the organization. This individual will work closely with me but also cross-functionally to further solidify Milo's Tea Company as The Place People Come to Grow!

We were so glad for the opportunity to welcome Congressman Kevin Hern to our Owasso facility to meet with our associates on the production floor. As the owner of a manufacturing business, Congressman Hern was especially interested in our new RedZone provides our associates the right tools and technology to win every day. This system unifies production, quality, and maintenance to streamline processes, implement best practices, and more efficiently resolve unexpected problems.
