Prior to that, she worked as a policy advisor in the Governor’s Office on matters related to housing, environment, climate, the judiciary, human rights, and public safety. Her first role in Minnesota state government was as a committee administrator in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Before entering state service, Rachel was a practicing attorney in New York City with nearly a decade of litigation experience in civil legal services.
