Co-chair of our Life Sciences Practice, William Hicks, and Member Ed Pease had the opportunity to speak at the Congress. Bill provided an update on the current state of the US private and public investment markets, while Ed provided insight into the venture capital model and its efficacy with the digital health, therapeutics, and MedTech industries.

Nikki warns: “As surveillance tech rapidly develops, employers need to pause and think thoroughly about the implications of its use. She challenged employers to ask what is the ‘least intrusive’ way to accomplish the task. ‘Employee trust is a big one that I keep coming back to.’” Read the full article here: https://bit.ly/4eDZD8y
