Where human resources, learning and development, and company culture intersect, Eric serves as a facilitator, coach, mediator, and presenter. He shares valuable information on a variety of leadership topics, encouraging continuous learning that can be applied in all aspects of employees’ lives. By providing the space for people to explore their goals or work through challenges, he assists team members in figuring out for themselves what path they should pursue. Congratulations to our friends from the City of Hiawatha's Fire Department in Iowa for the grand opening of the new fire station #2! Not only will it give expanded space needed for crews to do their jobs, but it will also allow the department to offer greater community outreach such a CPR classes, child seat checks, fire prevention education, and open houses. Team Miron was proud to bring this dream to life for the Department and for the greater Hiawatha community!

Our Wausau team raised some serious money at their annual tailgate raffle fundraiser! Each year, the team hosts this celebration to raise funds to make Christmas a bit brighter for some deserving kids in Wausau. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and donated and thank you to everyone in the Dudley Tower for participating!

Miron is proud to serve as the diamond sponsor of the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity Women Build for the third year in a row. Over the last two weeks, 18 Miron women have headed out to the project site in Menasha. They worked on completing various tasks on the exterior of the home like installing doors and hanging siding. Several other Miron women are excited to also head to the project site until the home is finished later this fall.

Construction to build a multi-million-dollar water treatment facility in Eau Claire broke ground on Thursday. PFAS has been a concern in Eau Claire for several years, and over half of Eau Claire's wells have been shut down since 2021. When completed, this facility is expected to remove PFAS from the municipal water supply. Miron is proud to partner with the City of Eau Claire and Gannett Fleming to bring this project to life!

Congratulations to Shawano Municipal Utilities! The organization dedicated its new headquarters this morning. The new facility replaces an existing service center and will allow the utility to continue serving the Shawano community well into the future. In addition to enjoying the fantastic weather, we were also able to support some worthy causes: Journey House Construction and Design Academy, Operation Fresh Start, and Valley Kids Foundation.
