🚨 Faster, More Reliable Emergency Response in Adams County, Colorado! 🚨 ADCOM911 has officially implemented Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) Service, becoming the fourth in Colorado to adopt this life-saving technology. With over 12,000 alarm calls handled in 2024 alone, ADCOM911 is enhancing public safety by reducing 911 call processing times, minimizing human error, and accelerating emergency dispatches. This integration helps first responders reach those in need faster while improving efficiency across the board. 👏 A huge step forward for public safety and alarm centers in Adams County! • 🚨 NG911 isn’t complete without ESInet interconnectivity. Making Telecommunicators' Lives Easier, One ASAP Solution at a Time | Public Safety Advocate | Mom Extraordinaire

If you know me at all you know I love lots of things, and at the top of that list: speaking and 911 industry. This week I was able to combine the two in my VERY FIRST PUBLIC SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT at a conference, in Missouri, to a classroom of people wanting to learn all about what Mission Critical Partners is doing to help the 911 community save time, and ultimately save lives, by utilizing ASAP! This job amazes me, challenges me, and humbles me! Thank you so much to everyone at the Missouri Public Safety Conference! Photo credit: John R Cagle (Rich)

  • 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 911 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 We are proud to have guided Wisconsin’s first county-to-county 911 center consolidation in Ashland and Bayfield counties—a move that strengthens emergency response, improves interoperability, and maximizes resources. With 911 centers nationwide facing staffing shortages, outdated technology, and funding limitations, consolidation offers a path forward. By pooling their resources, these two counties can now: ✅ Reduce emergency call transfers ✅ Improve situational awareness and mutual-aid response ✅ Expand emergency medical dispatch (EMD) services ✅ Strengthen staffing and streamline operations From conducting a feasibility study to securing grant funding and developing intergovernmental agreements, MCP worked closely with local officials to turn vision into reality—and the new consolidated center is already making an impact. Kudos to Ashland and Bayfield counties for their forward-thinking approach, and to our MCP team for their expertise in guiding this critical transition. 🔗 https://bit.ly/4irpZvL #911Consolidation #EmergencyResponse #PublicSafety #MissionCritical
