Crazy to think that the amazing summer memories that I created here in San Francisco are over! I am thrilled to announce the successful completion of the MNC Climate Corps pilot which has been incredibly rewarding both professionally and personally. This program was designed to foster environmental stewardship and community engagement, and I’m proud to have been a part of it as an Environmental Stewardship Associate. 🌳 Throughout the summer, I had the opportunity to work alongside an amazing group of 12 stewards at beautiful locations such as Corona Heights Park, The Palace of Fine Arts, Alcatraz Island, Slide Ranch, Hawk Hill, Mori Point, Stern Grove, and Alemany Farms! We were involved in a variety of projects, including planting trees, park and beach clean-ups, and even beekeeping! 🐝 I am incredibly grateful for this experience and for the chance to work with such a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on our environment.
