Led by veterans and military spouses, our state-wide community has grown to over 9,000 members!! 💼 Employment: We've helped over 1,500 members start civilian careers with an average starting salary of over $71K – $20K above the state average. 🎓 Education: Hundreds of members have leveraged our Cybersecurity Academy, Entrepreneur Course, and Project Management Professional (PMP) Course to advance their careers. 🤝 Networking: Every year, thousands of Mission43 members and civilian supporters attend our events where they make personal connections and discover unlimited opportunities. 🏆 Leadership: Our Leaders Fellowship program continues to grow, now boasting over 100 talented fellows who are making a positive impact in Idaho communities. 🧠 Wellbeing: We remain diligent in supporting all aspects of mental and physical health for our members through Operation Resilient Path (ORP). 🏢 New Facilities: We’ve moved into the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse, a universally designed training and gathering place for military families and athletes with physical disabilities. This new era for Mission43 will offer more opportunities for our members to thrive.
