Congratulations Dr. Williams!
Thanks for the recognition 🖤 💛 🦅#smttt KUDOS SPOTLIGHT: Congratulations to Dr. Valeria Williams, Human Capital Development alumna, who was recently accepted as a Fellow in the Mississippi Community College Policy Fellows Program (CPFP). This program focuses on four pillars: leadership, networking, policy, and advocacy. The capstone learning event is a four-day experience in Washington, DC where Fellows meet with Mississippi's Congresspersons and Senators, their staffs, and their national education policy leaders. Dr. Williams, who currently serves as the Director of Career and Technical Education for the Mississippi Community College Board, said, "I am excited about this opportunity to expand my knowledge (work hard), have fun, and make a difference in the lives of those we serve." Well done, Dr. Williams!
