Tonia Ware began her career in energy when she was inspired by a local line worker who described their rewarding career. Now, 22 years later, she took advantage of the diverse job opportunities available to transition from accounting to her current role as a market specialist. Today, she enhances relationships with Mississippi Power customers in the university, municipal, education and health-care industries. "I chose a career in energy because it is an industry that provides stability, innovation and impact.
