Juicy news indeed, Cris Genovese! SWAP is an amazing product that will change the game for Alt. Chicken. Martin Habfast, Tristan Maurel
Juicy news! 🍗 Excited to unveil the new name and look for an AMAZING product formerly known as Umiami... "Meat" SWAP! SWAP Chicken is a plant-based meat replacement that will change how you think about plant protein. Originally from France, SWAP Chicken has arrived on menus in the USA! 🇺🇸 The name SWAP is a call to action and invitation to make a positive change in your food choices by swapping animal meat for plant protein. SWAP's whole filets rival the taste and versatility of animal chicken - sans the animal - using a short list of clean ingredients. No trade-offs, just trade-ups. Learn more at www.swapfood.com. ❤️ 🐔 #plantbased #foodinnovation #protein #culinary #sustainablefood #vegan Tristan Maurel, Martin Habfast, Clémence Pedraza, Jessica Bernstein, Julie Pereira de Rezende, Isabelle Adams, Patrick O'Neill, Lorraine Ketch

It is exciting to see what happens when you take a truly amazing plant based product and execute with excellence. If you are in the Chicago area, find a way to sample this product at one of the restaurants listed below. Congratulations to the entire UMIAMI team! #plantbased, #alternativeprotein, #futureoffood
Senior Global Sales Executive | CPG Retail & Food Service | Domestic & International Business | Strategic Planning | P&L Management | Insights & Analytics
What started as a dream for UMIAMI to expand into North America became a reality this week when one of our founders visited the team to meet several restaurant partners, tour our warehouse, and taste our plant based chicken. This journey began in February 2024, when we were tasked with setting up the supply chain, building a commercial team, and developing a game-changing marketing plan that would allow us to gain menu placement and distribution in Chicago and Canada with strategic distributor partners and restaurants. We completed the process of assembling our commercial team on May 21 2024, with our first containers arriving in July 2024. In just a few months, we are fully operational in Canada and the Midwest at restaurants such as The Chicago Diner, Majani, WOW!THAT'SVEGAN, Soul Veg City, Clucker’s, A-1 Cash n Carry, and many more. Enjoy the photos—each time I look at them, I feel a proud moment seeing hard work and dedication pay off.
