Happy 4 year work anniversary to our amazing Jr Business Analyst Peter! As some of you may remember his fantastic customer service, Peter started his career at Mivation on the support team. I believe the product knowledge he learned while in support is what makes him so good at his new position on the development team. He is in touch with the customers wants and needs and can vouch for them. Peter is a large asset to the company and we are so grateful to have him on the team. Everybody enjoys working with him as he always lights up the meetings! Thank you Peter for your hard work and positive attitude! 🍺

Fall of 2024 was a busy one! We had 11 events in 6 weeks and traveled all over the country. We got to meet and connect with the most amazing insurance agents and some very inspirational guest speakers. Congrats to our amazing Product Manager Nik on 7 years with Mivation! Nik has been a very significant part of the companies growth, starting in support and working his way through the development team to Product Manager. He oversees all of our software launches, while simultaneously being a strong leader and mentor. Thank you Nik for all of your hard work and late nights on the job. You are greatly appreciated.

We have one of our biggest and most exciting work anniversaries to date! We are officially celebrating 10 YEARS with Raphael! Raphael has been an extremely important piece to the Mivation puzzle. Some of you may even remember him from when he started in support 10 years ago, he was one of our most requested support staff, now he has successfully worked his way up to VP of Operations. Our team could not function without his organized direction and process management. We are so grateful to have such a dedicated and caring leader in our company! Congrats Raphael! We look forward to many more years with you!
