💕 COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHT 💕 At Mixhers, building a strong community is at the heart of everything we do. So, when it came time to create the copy for our new Q4 billboard, we took a different approach. Instead of brainstorming behind closed doors, we turned to the people who matter most—our community. We launched an Instagram story challenge, asking our followers what they wanted to see on our next billboard, with the winning idea getting the spotlight. We’re thrilled to announce that Jennifer Heil, a loyal customer and valued community member, came up with the winning concept! We love involving our audience as we continue to grow together. Keep an eye out for Jennifer’s idea on our upcoming billboards!

I had an amazing time sharing the stage with Alex McArthur @ryangardner and Trevor Crump last week at the Catalyst Conference. The focus of the panel was around the following questions: What is working for our brands in the current economy? What channels are we focused on scaling currently? What is next for each of our businesses? I learned so much from each of the panelists and also walked away with the same sentiment as I have had from day one of starting Mixhers . Focusing on the customer that is spending their hard earned dollars on your product, the community building for your brand and listening to your actual consumer is where we all feel the most long term success comes from. Invest in the people that have given you years of dedication by supporting your brand. All three of our brands have felt success when leaning into loyalty to our customers with our company focus and dollars spent!

I’ve been working at Mixhers for nearly 3 years and I can’t even think about how much I’ve ✨grown✨ personally and professionally without tearing up. I have this screenshot from an old text I got from my CEO (and friend) Jess Toolson, and it encompasses so much of my experience so far at Mixhers: TACKLING FEARS ONE AT A TIME! In the last 3 years, I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in several sides of the business. With the little experience I had prior to Mixhers, it’s easy for imposter syndrome to kick in when faced with large projects, decision making, executing/sharing ideas, and more. However, I’ve learned that fear can be an indication of your deep care for something… therefore, a powerful catalyst for creativity and confidence. I’m grateful that as an employee at Mixhers, I am surrounded by incredible women who value me and endlessly cheer me on. Everyday they give me the courage to be curious, think outside the box, and let go of my own limiting beliefs. Not only has this environment helped me as someone who is young in my career, but also as a young woman trying to navigate my own personal life. I have come to believe whole heartedly that the best ideas and greatest growth live on the other side of fear. And for that I am forever grateful. I can’t wait to keep tackling my fears head on. Thank you to Mixhers for reminding me everyday that I can do it 🥂

Of course, everything at Mixhers is PINK -- even our warehouse! 💖 So much incredible teamwork and dedication has gone into this massive transition! The commitment our team has to getting tens of thousands of orders out the door each week is truly inspiring. 💪 #warehouse #supplychain #femalefounders
💕 A PINK Warehouse?! Must be Mixhers. 😉 Transitioning from your 3PL is no joke, but Cris Topham and his team made it happen & have absolutely crushed these last few months. We're still knee-deep in fully understanding the ripple effects of this massive undertaking, but one thing's for sure... actually SEEING tens of thousands of orders go out the door each week helps keep perspective. 🙏🥲📦 Next up, I'm thinking pink forklifts. What say you, Jess Toolson?! 😜

"A lot of people don't understand the development part of a company and don't quite grasp what goes into every single ask, whether it seems big or small. I feel so lucky to be at the forefront of the magical world that is development every day." McCall is our talented Senior Director of Digital Experience. Learn more about her career path, love for problem-solving, and passion for development below! 👇
I've been at Mixhers for 1 year now and I've been reflecting a lot about what that year has looked like for me. Prior to Mixhers, I was working my way up in the content marketing world. I lived and breathed SEO. Did I love it? Not necessarily. But I found it challenging and I found fulfillment in the leadership part of my roles. When I started at Mixhers as Head of SEO, I was going to continue on that same career path. I was good at what I did and at least I would be in a content marketing world that surrounded women's health. I was now working for a company that changed women's lives. I considered that a massive win. 1 month in at Mixhers, I was asked by the CFO if I wanted to take on more and switch gears to our website and the digital experience as a whole, in addition to SEO. Easy answer of YES. I was promoted to Sr. Director of Digital Experience, now managing our UX and software developers, understanding our tech stack in and out, and having a say in what projects we prioritized as a company and the how, why, and when behind them. Mixhers saw something more in me and now I feel like because of that, I've found a career path that I'm really passionate about. Working with developers and the product side of a business is the most fulfilled I've ever felt. It's sparked something completely different in me. I love my web team. I love all the developers I've worked with (shoutout Squadformers and Rain Room. POWERHOUSES). I love our stand ups where we discuss asks from the company and find ways to execute on the technical side, even when it seems impossible. I love the way my team handles fires with grace and precision. I even love pulling all-nighters to pull off a launch. 😅 A lot of people don't understand the development part of a company and don't quite grasp what goes into every single ask, whether it seems big or small. And that's okay because it's not their job to! That just makes me feel so lucky to be at the forefront of the magical world that is development every day. I love that my job is to understand and execute the difficult tasks so my company doesn't have to think twice about them. We get it done. We are a small team but we are mighty and I can't wait to see what we keep accomplishing. 🕸

Senior Graphic Designer | Mixhers - Hormone-friendly supplements you sip, for every stage of womanhood.
My jaw dropped when I got the call. Mixhers had the chance to get a box in the hands of Olivia Rodrigo’s team during her stop in SL,UT on the Guts World Tour. I’ve got a list of 30 things to do before I turn 30. One of those is to see all my top artists in my Spotify Wrapped. Olivia secured herself a spot on that list last year when her GUTS album launched. As a creative, I admire her ability to connect and make me feel everything she sings. The brief? Create a PR box containing 4 of Utah’s hottest brands. Mixhers, Crumbl, Swig, and HydroJug. My mind began whirring with ideas of how to make this box speak to Olivia, a former resident of Utah during the filming of HSMTMTS. This Is The Place. . .of PMSing women, sugar junkies, and big jugs? Bad copy aside, I was beginning to piece together a picture of how all that is Olivia could come together with the beauty of Utah’s arches and city skylines and the iconic brands in the box. We had a compressed timeline and a lot of people came together to pull off this project. Here are a few honorable mentions. 7/18: Order hat and tank top from our local favorite, The Shirtstop 7/26: Got the shirt and hat in hand. Received engraved Hydrojug, Swig gift, & Crumbl gift. 7/29: Met Brett Brown from Wasatch Container at the gas station to pick up the box. 7/30: Assemble box, craft handles on box last minute (with a gift bag from the basement), take photos and content. July 31: Arrive at the Delta Center back entry, talk to a billion security guards, and hand off box and loads of cookies to the team. In the end, Olivia didn’t pop up on stage in our swag, or gush on social about being welcomed to Utah with a rad box. And I’ll be honest, I spent a few days feeling a little down. When you pour yourself into something that brings life into your creativity, it’s a little hard to not get the outcome you wanted. However, I learned a few things. 1. Creativity flows when you shake things up. It’s good to throw yourself into fast-paced projects that are “off-brand” every now and again—dive in headfirst into something different. 2. Passion projects are important. It’s been a hot minute since I took the time to design something for me. While this project was technically for the team, it was so aligned with my personal design style, and obviously my love for Olivia (and her branding) that it felt like a passion project. It reinvigorated my love for design. 3. Our community is amazing. So many people dropped everything to pull this off. I created the hat design without knowing that hat was out of stock for months—literally everywhere, but Derek found ONE. Measurements were wrong on an insert, Brett was able to help us to pivot immediately. If any one player didn’t pull their weight, we couldn’t pull this off. At the end of the day, this was one of the most rewarding and fun projects for me personally. And I got to knock off a 30 under 30 goal. Olivia was my last show I needed to see, and SHE DELIVERED.
