Today is the perfect day to recognize and show some appreciation for the hard-working Project Manager and all-around Good Guy, Eric Hart!!! We are SO proud to have him rolling up his sleeves and leading his crew by example with a constant smile on his face. WHAT A WEEK! You may want to sit down for this one... Last week, MJI Building Services, LLC was BUSY with so many wonderful things - signing up new projects, continuing with in progress ones, sponsoring an Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Golf Outing & of course, the Ribbon Cutting at Griebenow Eyecare! This week, MJI Building Services, LLC looks forward to more of the same exciting stuff! We have Ron & James celebrating a work anniversary with us, Eric has another birthday... wait, am I reading that right? Another one!?!? I coulda swore he just had one last year around this time. Along with finishing a couple projects for Manawa School District & starting a new one for Appleton Area School District, we are looking forward to school starting for all local area schools! Seriously, take my kid already... JUST KIDDING!! Grishaber Service is looking fantastic and we are just about to help them move into the addition, so the remodel can get started. OH YEAH! Proud GC Moment!!! MJI Building Services, LLC Building Services was honored to have been even considered for this project back in August 2023, and after 11 months of hard work from both Corey and his team & the Griebenow Eyecare team, yesterday it came to fruition with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Griebenow Eyecare in New London. With the addition and renovation, the facility reflects the standard of care set forth by the compassionate team and doctors at the clinic. First established, December 2021, Brandon has been showcasing his incredible talents (and hair) with MJI Building Services, LLC on damn-near every project since. Not only laying the foundation for the jobs, Brandon is also a foundational part of the team as Foreman. You can find him lately working tirelessly at our new location off Lynndale Drive in Appleton to get the building ready to accommodate us all come October. Commence Countdown in 3, 2, 1... Only ONE week left until we are cutting the ribbon at Griebenow Eyecare in New London! This has been such an amazing project. Between the subcontractors and vendors, Project Manager Corey and the crew here at MJI Building Services, LLC, and the "eye-cing" on top, Griebenow Eyecare and the incredible owners and staff there. We are looking forward to celebrating this event on Thursday, August 15th from 4-6pm. Tim Young has been the go-to expert and foreman for all framing and finish needs on projects for the last 7 years!!!! His talents, easy-going personality, and respect on and off jobsites are something we make sure to thank him for. With his experience in framing and pole barns, he was immediately welcomed on our team and tasked with the MASSIVE riding arena in Maribel last September.
