M&J Management was founded by Michael “Jim” Delligatti who invented the Big Mac sandwich. M&J Management is a four-generation family business and McDonald’s franchise organization for over 50 years. The organization operates 19 restaurants spanning across Western Pennsylvania in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Mercer and Venango counties.

This year our owners got to celebrate two General Managers who lead their restaurants with amazing results for the first part of 2024! Kathy G. & Courtney K. We got to celebrate them watching the Pirates at PNC Park with all of the outstanding GMs in the Pittsburgh Region.
