INDUSTRY COLLABORATION: Demo Day 2024 - Where the Roof Meets the Wall This year, ICRI Metro New York & NWiR New York City Council partnered up to organize Demo Day 2024, and it was a huge success! As an industry, we often struggle with building interfaces—whether it's the slab-to-foundation wall, foundation wall-to-wall, or wall-to-roof. These areas are notorious for causing issues and require carefully designed tie-in systems that are compatible, continuous, watertight, and airtight. So why not bring designers, manufacturers, and contractors together in one room to discuss these topics? That was what Demo Day was all about. With hands-on demonstrations and insightful presentations, everyone had a chance to showcase their unique skills and perspectives. It was a day full of learning and collaboration!
