Consider joining New England’s largest, fully integrated aluminum extrusion manufacturer as our Quality Assurance Manager. This role will: - Monitor the performance of the entire Quality Management System. - Manage and develop Quality Assurance Technicians. - Supervise Quality Department employees and activities. - Collaborate to reduce internal and external nonconforming product or rework. - Analyze and interpret customer materials to determine requirements. - Work with customers to resolve quality problems and foster goodwill. - Manage the Customer Return/Complaint process. - Represent the voice of the customer to the Manufacturing Floor. - Represent the company in customer quality audits. - Develop budget and cost control measures for the Quality Department.
