Last week MobilityWare Sr. Product Manager Stephen Huber served as a special guest judge for the USC Marshall Interactive Gaming Association's annual Teardown Showdown. The event featured MBA and MSBA students from USC Marshall School of Business playing some of the industry's most popular mobile games and sharing their analysis of their chosen game's core loops, meta systems, economy, LiveOps, and more. Stephen, who co-founded MIGA when he was a graduate student at USC Marshall, provided the competitors with some valuable feedback on their projects and provided them with some key insights from his career in mobile gaming. #gaming #education #career

As National Hispanic Heritage Month draws to a close, we bring you one last recipe. Our final recipe comes from Project Coordinator Melissa Manzo who shared her Grandmother's recipe for buñuelos. Melissa shared with us why this recipe is so meaningful to her: "One of my favorite treats goes by many names throughout the Latin world but to me, they'll always be known as buñuelos . The surest sign of a special occasion in my family was the smell of cinnamon wafting through my Grandmother's house as she prepared her favorite dessert. On cold winter nights, we'd indulge in the crispy, crunchy, donut-like pastries with a warm cafecito. Whether they're drizzled with dulce de leche or covered in cinnamon sugar, buñuelos will always taste like home." #culture #diversity #inclusion Learn how to make these sweet, indulgent treats by clicking on the link to head to our blog: https://bit.ly/4f338oP

MobilityWare is keeping our National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration going with another recipe for authentic Latin American cuisine. Today's recipe comes courtesy of Associate Producer Samuel Santillan, who shared why this recipe means so much to him: "As a child I would spend time in my Abuela Stella’s kitchen, hearing stories from her childhood in Chavez Ravine as she whipped up delicious meals. This Tinga recipe is far and away the favorite among family and friends and most importantly was one of my Abuelo Richard’s favorites. He passed away recently, so sharing this recipe is a great way to share his love and memory with the world, one taco at a time!" #gaming #culture #employeeengagement Head to our blog to learn how to make Stella and Richard’s Chicken Tinga Tacos: https://bit.ly/3YmAyIr

As we continue to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month we'd like to share another recipe from one of our MobilityWare team members. Administrative Assistant Claudia Avitabile on why she chose this recipe: "My Grandmother, Lydia Roca, was born in Northern Mexico. She married my Grandfather, who was American, and they settled together in Tuscon, Arizona. Through the years we have lost track of most of her recipes but, thankfully, there are a few I committed to memory. Every Christmas we gather together as a family and enjoy her famous pozole, ensuring the traditions that started in her kitchen are passed down to future generations." #gaming #culture #employeeengagement Head to our blog to learn how to make your own pozole: https://bit.ly/3TWnacA

To celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, we asked some of our team members to share their favorite recipes for authentic Latin American cuisine. Our first recipe comes from Producer I Korina Leal Gonzalez, who explained the significance behind the dish: "This recipe is special to me because my grandmother always made gorditas when we visited her. It was often part of our Sunday activity to create our “production line” with my grandparents, parents, aunts, and cousins, making gorditas together, and then enjoying them with hot chocolate or coffee. Her house always smelled like coffee and something delicious cooking. Las gorditas de azucar remind me of my family and the warmth of home. My mom and I continue the tradition of making gorditas, but not too often because they are quite indulgent!" #gaming #culture #employeeengagement Head to our blog to learn how to make this delicious dish: https://bit.ly/3zEmuBD
