CityBee is one of the pioneers of car sharing not only in the Baltic region but also in Europe. It has transformed car sharing from a quirky novelty to an integral part of city life and, over 10 years of existence, has become part of everyday life for thousands of people. 🧡 Today, CityBee presents the first car redesign in company history and the launch of a brand awareness campaign in three Baltic countries. An increasing proportion of consumers are testing different mobility options and moving away from car ownership towards use-based Vehicle-as-a-Service (VaaS) models. Freedom is a concept with diverse meanings for individuals but is universally recognized for its significance. 🇱🇹 On this poignant Freedom Defender's Day, the significance of "freedom" deepens more profoundly with each passing year. It remains a cherished value that is even more revered when we reflect on today's heroes and their sacrifices for the sovereignty of their nations. Although 33 years have passed, 13 January is an important reminder that our existence in a free country depends on the unwavering courage of those who fought bravely for it. Our gratitude for the freedom we enjoy today in Lithuania is profound. This moment not only calls upon us to express our gratitude to the heroes of the past but also calls upon us to have a sincere appreciation for the heroes of today, who courageously and uncompromisingly defend the freedom of their countries, shedding their own blood and even sacrificing their lives. As the festive season enveloped us in holiday magic, many of us at Modus Mobility found ourselves in the familiar whirlwind of buying gifts and searching for the perfect presents for loved ones. 🎁 And for a moment, we stopped and thought: is the magic of the festive season just about buying something new? ✨ Before the festive rush, we initiated an internal flea market in our office. We invited our community to look around the corners of their homes and bring in items that once brought them joy - novels that took them to other worlds, clothes that shone under the festive lights, or a kitchen mixer that was part of their best baking adventures. Items that didn't find a new home were delivered to a charity called Dėkui stotelė, where second-hand items find a new life. 🤩 As the festive cheer fades and the New Year begins, this initiative has become a reminder. We need to clear our minds for the coming year, clean our spaces, make room for new beginnings, say goodbye to old things, and enjoy more sustainable use. In the heart of our community efforts lies a simple yet profound truth: it's all about the attention and care we share. 🌟 This year, Modus Mobility team, Modus Asset Management, and Modus Group companies' colleagues have jointly contributed to the Vaikų svajonės project. Our office was abuzz with even greater enthusiasm - debates over the perfect sleds, audio speakers, and headphones and brainstorming the most thoughtful additions to each family's gift basket. Together, this year, we turned over 14 dreams into reality. 🎁 The smiles, the gratitude, and the sparkle in the children's eyes were priceless gifts in return. As we reflect on this initiative, we're reminded of the true spirit of the Holiday season – sharing in all its forms. As the New Year approaches, we encourage everyone to look beyond themselves. Guess who's back, back again? 🎶 😎 It's this team 🎵 beating the rhythm... 🎶   Yes, Modus Mobility team is still grooving to the hip-hop beat that we can't seem to get out of our heads from this year's winter event. 🤩 And it couldn't be any other way because, just like at work, our team gives 100 percent at parties when challenged.
