A good problem needs a solution, not a pat on the back. I was chatting with a peer who asked me what is currently my biggest challenge. My response: “I can't recruit great people fast enough”. Her response was, "Monarch is growing fast. That's a good problem to have." What a bittersweet oxymoron 😏! Either way, I need help to spread the word on our race to fill roles (all US based, 100% virtual, 100% awesome). Nursing Professionals: Must have hospital experience and a thang for glycemic management. Must love technology, have an outgoing personality and ooze positive energy. Dev Ops Professionals: Loves to be brilliant. We need a guru to refine and manage the company’s cloud infrastructure and supporting information technology initiatives. Someone who loves to work arm-in-arm with engineers and product managers in a fast-moving environment. Technical Services Support folks: Personality a plus for this role. We need those who love interacting with customers and solving technical problems. Fast learning, junior folks more than welcome. Scrum Master: A master of Scrum to guide and support our agile teams.
