In an effort to comply with LL97 and improve comfort in a portfolio of buildings across upper Manhattan, Monarch worked with NYC Accelerator. NYC Accelerator connected them with STRATCO Property Solutions and Rains Energy to upgrade their portfolio, including buildings that don't need to comply with LL97.
