It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved founder and owner, Faris Alsamarai, who passed away on May 17, 2024, after bravely battling cancer.Faris was not only a visionary leader and a driving force behind our company but also a mentor and friend to many of us. Throughout his career, Faris was dedicated and deeply passionate about custom home building. He strongly believed in the importance of quality and attention to detail in creating homes that stand apart, a principle he summed up in his saying, “Not Every Square Foot Is Created Equal.” His commitment and passion for making a difference have left an indelible mark on us and the industry. He was not only a pillar of strength and integrity in his professional life but also a loving and devoted husband to his wife and father to his daughter and two sons. Faris's legacy extends far beyond his accomplishments and achievements. It lives on in the hearts of all those he touched. Though Faris may no longer be with us in person, the love and memories he shared will endure forever. The Monarch team will continue to carry on his legacy.
