You need a solution to address both your employees’ mounting stress and your business’s growth and productivity objectives. What would happen if you could help your employees achieve better financial health? Financial wellness isn’t just a perk. It’s a way for you to invest in your team’s well-being, support healthier, happier employees, and attract and retain the talent your business needs to thrive. Investing in financial wellness for your employees can help them become more productive at work and happier in life — all while delivering an outsized ROI for your remote-first business. Schedule a 20-minute discovery call at moneylifementor.com. You’ll tell me about your company, and we’ll discuss how I can best customize my programming to fit your employees’ needs. I teach women how to turn their income into lifelong financial independence | Personal Finance Coach & Educator | Employee Financial Wellness

What's better than retiring at 30? Creating a life that you never want to retire from. How do you do that? It's simple, but not easy: ✅ 1 // Get crystal clear on the vision you want for your life. Go deep and get as specific as possible. Journal prompts help. ✅ 2 // Try stuff. Not sure where to start or go next? Pick something—a career, new city, hobby, daily routine, etc. ✅ 3 // Use your findings from the above two to set goals. Do your best to make them specific, but even starting with simply a focus for one quarter is useful. ✅ 4 // Improve your financial situation. Everything else you wish to do becomes a lot easier when you have a solid financial foundation. ✅ 5 // Take action Break your goals down into manageable action items and milestones, and block off recurring time in your calendar to work on them. ✅ 6 // Continue to revisit and reflect, and don't be afraid to make changes. Depending on what season of life you're in, your vision and goals will evolve. Think of these steps as a continuous cycle. Now, this may not happen right away (it took me 6 years). But that time is going to pass anyways. You might as well do whatever you can to design your life according to your dreams. 👋 PS - Step 4 is where a lot of folks get stuck. Don't be afraid to ask for help! What do you think about the concept of creating a life you never want to retire from? #retirement #personalfinance #money #retire

If I had a dollar for every time someone shared a bad piece of financial advice they saw on TikTok... 💵😫 Following financial accounts on social media is a great way to ask questions and get exposed to new ideas.   But don't take what you hear on social media about investing and finance (or really anything for that matter) as fact. Even if it's good advice for someone, it may not be good advice for your particular situation. Use the content to inspire you to do your own digging and reflect on your existing money plan. Of course, this only works if you already have a financial system and plan you feel confident in! If you need a coach who can help you ask the right questions about your finances, let’s chat. #personalfinance #money #financialplan

Kicked off this morning presenting a Financial Wellness & Awareness Workshop to a wonderful international team (UK + USA)! I'm always proud of folks who show up for these because money can be a difficult topic. 💰 Money impacts every aspect of our lives—sleep, mental & physical health, self esteem, relationship, work productivity, etc. And I like to think that every employee we reach with financial wellness gains the baseline skills they need to create a positive butterfly effect on their entire life. Thank you Molly Lukins Burke and Tamara Martucci (Food + Mood NYC) for bringing me in for your client's session! --------------- 👋 PS: If you'd like to bring financial wellness & education to your organization (April is National Financial Literacy Month! 💸), I'd love to help. 2024 topics: 🔹 Demystifying Saving for Retirement: From Confusion to Confidence — Excellent "investing 101" and ideal for an audience that would like a refresh on saving for retirement and financial literacy. Also great for companies that offer an employer sponsored retirement plan and want to increase their engagement/participation rates. 🔹 Money on Autopilot: Guide to Automating Your Finances — Learn how to build a personal finance system that can run on autopilot. From how to ensure you have the right bank account setup, to how to actually implement the practice of "paying yourself first." This topic works well for folks who already have a baseline level of financial literacy. 🔹 Mindful Money: How to Create an Intentional Spending Plan — Practical strategies to align your values with your spending, achieving both financial stability and a more meaningful, intentional life. 🔹 Crush Your Money Goals: How to Set & Achieve Meaningful Financial Targets — Learn how to set (and achieve!) meaningful financial goals. Covers tips for setting financial goals that align with the life that you want to create, and advanced strategies for setting oneself up to successfully achieve financial goals. ⭐ We can also customize a session based on your goals, employee demographics, and what topics they're interested in exploring. Your employees will walk away with templates and follow-up resources to make immediate, positive financial changes in their lives. ⏺️Record our live session, and start building up your company’s library of financial wellness materials for when existing and future employees are seeking guidance. Send me a message if you'd like to discuss bringing financial wellness to your team. #financialwellness #finance #employeewellness #HR #employeebenefits

How professionals in their 20s/30s can set themselves up for maximum career flexibility: Invest to reach Coast FI ✨ What the heck is Coast FI? Coast Financial Independence (Coast FI) is the stage where your investments, left alone to grow, will comfortably support your retirement without additional contributions. Basically, your current savings, with the power of compounding, will be sufficient to fund your retirement goals when you reach age 65+. Why is this huge? Maybe you work in tech or healthcare, but aren't sure if you want to do that for the next 30 years. If you solely need to cover your living expenses and no longer need to invest another dollar towards your retirement, this opens up a lot more options. You might take a break from full-time work to learn the skills you need for a career shift. 〰️ Or shift to working 3-4 days a week. 〰️ Or make a career change to something you're passionate about but doesn't pay as much. 〰️ Or try out freelancing or solopreneurship. How do you know when you've reached Coast FI? 💰 There are calculators out there to compare your current savings to your retirement goal that make crunching your numbers easy (📌 look up the Coast FI Calculator from The Fioneers). If this concept feels overwhelming or you're looking to assess & simplify your current finances to go after a goal like Coast FI, I've been there and my inbox is open! #financialindependence #personalfinance

I teach women how to turn their income into lifelong financial independence | Personal Finance Coach & Educator | Employee Financial Wellness

I've worked with families earning $4k/month to individuals bringing in $25k+/month. There's one thing they all have in common: They weren't taught about money and investing growing up. This leads to similar outcomes: 〰️ Living paycheck to paycheck 〰️ Feeling "behind" for where they perceive they should be financially 〰️ Lack of transparency with their monthly finances 〰️ A broken, unorganized cash management system 〰️ Stuck in an unfulfilling job for the money Regardless of income, not seeking out personal financial growth to learn the skills and systems you need to manage your money effectively can have long-term consequences— It's impossible to be a good steward of $1 million if you don't know how to manage $1,000. If this resonates with you, you're likely already deeply familiar with the challenges, but have never been given a framework to overcome them. Let's talk and figure out your best next steps together. #income #personalfinance #investing
