    We're thrilled to welcome Denise Williams as an Account Executive to Monomer! Denise joins us from Benchling, where she was a Global Account Manager and Senior Account Executive. Denise's esteemed career includes serving as Director of Sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Core Informatics, Regional Sales Manager at Biosero, and Director of Applications at Agilent Technologies. Denise also researched monoclonal antibodies as a bench scientist, and led the implementation of a highly successful lab automation project at Medarex, increasing shots on goal by a factor of 25. In her free time, Denise enjoys horseback riding, gardening, and country music. We're grateful for Denise's extensive experience with all things biotech, her deep empathy for customers, and her passion for helping scientists to do better and faster work. Welcome, Denise!

During her tenure at Benchling, she led numerous impactful projects and held leadership positions across the Customer Engineering and ML & Insights team.     Stem cell-derived organoids represent an important development in the world of disease modeling. Our customer, Rosebud Biosciences, is using organoids and machine learning to model genetic diseases in children in pursuit of new therapies. We (Monomer Bio) collaborated with Rosebud to build a iPSC-derived organoid culture workcell that automatically grows and characterizes hepatic, neural, and cardiac organoids. Since going into production in mid-October, Rosebud has cultured thousands of organoids. Check out this write up to learn more.
