Senate Bill 358 is a housing killer. Even with amendments, it severely restricts groundwater, stopping development in its tracks. No water = No homes. No homes = Higher prices, lost jobs, and rising property taxes. Even with proposed amendments this bill will harm our industry and Montana. We need smart solutions—not blanket water bans that shut down growth. Montana can’t afford to close the door on housing! Tell your Senator to vote NO on SB 358! https://lnkd.in/gj-TCjtX
