The Montgomery County Microenterprise Grant Program (MCMGP), administered by the Montgomery County Business Development Center (MCBDC), is now accepting applications from businesses with five or fewer employees. This is another round of the microenterprise grant, which saw great success in 2024, with 14 local small businesses receiving a total of $300,000 in combined grant funding. The Montgomery County IDA was awarded a grant from Empire State Development through Mohawk Valley Empowers to jumpstart a program established with the goal of creating 10 new family childcare facilities in the county.
