If you have at least 5 years of experience in grants management and a passion for increasing accessibility and engagement with organizations in underserved communities, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating competitive grant programs that make a meaningful impact. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Develop and improve reports with clarity and transparency for all outgoing County grants activity through streamlined systems. ✔️ Collaborate with County departments and offices in outgoing grant policy. ✔️ Build and maintain a structure that provides public transparency and oversight of the County’s competitive grant programs and grant agreements with outside organizations. This ensures training, technical assistance, and compliance oversight is provided to departments and principal offices as they develop competitive grant programs and grant agreements. ✔️ Plan, develop, and coordinate competitive grant programs for County departments provide effective training and support resources to both internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Thorough five (5) years of professional experience in Grants Management. Supervisory experience may be required, depending upon the position assignment.   Preferred Experience: Outgoing Grants Administration Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree.
