Our Moore Wellness Systems athletic trainers just finished up their own "Fit For Football" wellness challenge! This challenge was 6 weeks long and asked our AT's to tackle bad habits and score big through self-care activities and healthy choices! Over the 6 weeks, there were weekly prize winners, as well a final overall winner, tier 1 & 2 winners, and 2 participation winners! Along the way, our staff shared photos of them (and their dogs & loved ones) completing numerous activities - including: spending time in nature, taking a walk/hike, exploring the outdoors, trying a new recipe, meal prepping for the week & family game nights!
