Tim Vaughan of Moosilauke Visions will be hosting a free webinar on building a company culture of employee retention on Thursday April 25th at 9am Eastern. Click here to learn more and register > > https://lnkd.in/e5WJ5Jw3 This is a topic that Tim is passionate about and one that impacts all of us in one way or another. He has a wealth of experience working with mission-driven organizations on this subject and will provide actionable strategies that you implement right out of the gate. Here are some of the topics that will be covered: - Why investing more heavily in recruitment alone is a losing strategy. - The 4 primary building blocks of an employee retention strategy. - Why previous attempts at “culture change” have fizzled. - A strategy for the next steps that you can apply today at your organization. If you are in any way involved in HR or leadership we highly recommend hearing what he has to say; it will be time well spent. #employeexperience #leadership #organizationaldevelopment
