In the newest Quality Time with MoreSteam, I interview my good friend Dino Tripodis. Dino is a writer and producer of DOWN TO THE FELT, which is the largest independent movie ever produced in Columbus, Ohio. I talk to Dino about ensuring quality throughout the filmmaking process. We also talk about financing and distributing a movie, Dino's comedy career, and Dino's time as a Columbus, Ohio radio legend. It's a fun, informative episode that I think you will enjoy!

It was a pleasure to have you on the team Ally Siegrist!
As I am in the midst of applying for upcoming summer internships, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the valuable experience I had during my time at MoreSteam this past summer. Working at MoreSteam’s headquarters in Powell, Ohio gave me an incredible experience that I am profoundly grateful for. Over the course of 10 weeks, I worked with the small, but mighty and very talented marketing team at MoreSteam. Collaboratively, I tackled projects aimed at enhancing search engine optimization and driving lead generation. This involved cross-team collaboration, such as coordinating with the developers to ensure cohesive and effective outcomes. As part of this work, I crafted informative emails, conducted competitor SWOT analyses, and developed multiple presentations showcasing company growth. These presentations analyzed the company’s online SEO performance and customer engagement, comparing data from the start of the 10-week period before the enhanced webpage was launched to results at the end of my internship. In doing so, I gained valuable experience with various tools, including Google Analytics, becoming proficient in analyzing web traffic and user behavior. My favorite aspect was managing the social media content. In this role, I developed my own social media management schedule and was responsible for creating and posting all the content for LinkedIn. I also contributed to the company website by writing a blog piece that explored the impacts of sustainability in today’s business landscape. Getting the chance to watch how my contributions over the 10 weeks made an impact is invaluable and made all of the work that much more meaningful. I would like to thank Lindsay Van Dyne for being my mentor throughout the entire experience and providing me with extensive knowledge and support. Special appreciation also to Peg Pennington and William Hathaway for the opportunity and for cultivating such an inviting company culture! I would additionally like to give a huge thanks to the rest of the marketing team I had the chance to work with Emily Dearring, Regina Kenney, and Dan Swartwout, along with all of the other amazing people I got to work alongside. I am beyond thankful for this opportunity and will continue to take what I learned and use it in all of my future endeavors!
