Who is going to #MDMMinneapolis this week?! I will be, and would love to catch up with anyone who is interested in saying hello! Here are 3 topics that I'll actively be looking to chat about during the show in case you need some inspiration: 1 - HemaSense - I would love to share the progress and our game plan for changing the patient recovery paradigm for cardiovascular procedures. Lets talk sensing, electronics miniaturization, patient recovery, or just compare founder war stories! 2 - Morphologic - If you're looking for some support with your early stage medical device or business development, lets chat. I am still looking to collaborate on interesting projects, and even if I don't have the bandwidth currently (see number 1....), I've got a growing network of experienced collaborators in the medtech space and would be happy to make connections if I can't help out directly. 3 - Microfluidics, Diagnostics, and NSF I-Corps - I am mentoring an incredible team from the Mehdi Nikkhah lab at ASU in an upcoming National I-Corps Cohort. They have an incredible technology based around microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip and are looking to investigate applications in diagnostics. I will be walking around with Ronin-Mae Komarnisky and would love to make some introductions if you have experience on connections in related spaces (or just want to hear about what they're working on) If any of these pique your interest, drop me a note and lets catch up!
