"Today is Yom Kippur, a day of reflection and renewal. It's a time to pause, acknowledge our growth, and commit to becoming better versions of ourselves. Let’s use this moment to seek understanding, practice compassion, and move forward with a fresh perspective. Wishing everyone peace and clarity on this day of introspection."

The Morris County Commissioners reaffirmed their support for Israel this week on the one-year anniversary of the Oct. 7, 2023 terrorist attacks, attending several memorials in honor of the victims and hostages at local synagogues and centers, including Pine Brook Jewish Center and Temple B'nai Jeshurun, where they joined nearly 3,000 attendees. The Commissioners thank the Jewish community for their invitations to these important commemorations and vowed never to forget the cowardly terror attacks Hamas delivered on innocent individuals and families in Israel last year. They also extend their appreciation to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, the Prosecutor’s Office, the County’s Law & Public Safety Department, and local law enforcement for ensuring the safety of these observances. https://ow.ly/jlhe50TJ6Vy
